How do you vet your pet boarders?

All pet boarders go through a stringent interview process and both academic and work references are followed through. Our pet boarders are fully insured.

Will I meet the pet boarder in advance?

Yes, we will arrange a consultation between you and the pet boarder who will be caring for your pet/s. This will enable the boarder to meet your pet/s and learn their daily routine as well as answer any questions that you might have. Consultations are frequently arranged for evenings or weekends, but can be made at any convenient time. There is no charge for the consultation.

Can I view the property?

Yes, you can view the property of the pet boarder prior to booking confirmation. All pet boarder properties have fully enclosed gardens.

Do I provide the food?

When we collect your pets, as arranged in advance, they take with them their own food, bed, toys, treats and other preferred things to help them feel at home.
